mushrooms
6 cloves of garlic
fresh parsley and fresh basil- big handfuls of these
bay leaf and 1 sage leaf
pepper, salt, 1 small red chilli
half cup cream
olive oil
pasta
Method:
Fry garlic, chilli, mushies.
Add remaining ingredients except cream, cook 15 mins.
Add cream and extra pepper, heat gently.
Cook pasta, drain and mix through sauce.

Only 6 cloves of garlic? ;-) pine nuts would be nice too, if they weren't so frickin' expensive.
