PERMACULTURE PLAY AT THOMAS ST

I do believe that Ad is right, a blog will be the best way to record all my permaculture playings...

there's a half moon been shining, and i've just transplanted the first neem seeds, which amazingly enough did germinate with the new moon! cuttings time easter weekend. can't quite get my head around biodynamics, but i did start tinctures with the new moon, weed in days before it.

we have new chickens!! 2 isas, a shiny silver leghorn and a blue-egged araucana- yay! plus six eggs sitting under miss silkies bum, hopefully to soon be lil chickens, at least some of em.

the seedling liberation front is achieveing great things, and yet there remains so much to be done! we can offload some stuff tomorrow to Vilmas.

strawberries, drive
cuttings cuttings
fill up tubes

i really want to depend more on my garden and myself for income, less on other less reliable or valued sources, and there's so many possibilities!!
brainstorm:
bay leaves, fresh bunches- local shops, almond dealer
indian shops, local- brahmi, gotu kola, neem, ashwaandha
tinctures, ointments (comfrey, calendula)
markets- monash, dandenong
bump up frs, get back into ebaying
contact shops to sell for us
gardening job
grants for community garden project

more later...
